Learning Associate - Widening Participation and Arts Award, The Fitzwilliam Museum


As Learning Associate (Widening Participation and Arts Award), Lucy feeds into strategic programmes including work with schools, Arts Award and young people across the University of Cambridge Museums. In 2016-17 Lucy was part of the Engage Extend Leadership programme and has 7 years experience working with young audiences in heritage settings. She has been at the University of Cambridge Museums since December 2016, with past roles have including Acting Head of Learning at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village, and has worked at the V&A, Tate and Dulwich Picture Gallery. She is passionate about the positive benefits of accessing and participating in the arts and heritage, striving to create more engaging and accessible opportunities for audiences.
