Inspired by the Roman gallery at the museum, let your imagination run wild as you design and make your own mosaic coaster using stone tiles.

Join the team at Ely Museum this summer for a fun bookable workshop where you can craft your own cap. Inspired by the Museum's temporary exhibition ‘Hold On To Your Hats’, make and design two fantastic hats to take home.

Drop-in to Huntingdon Town Hall to discover what was medicine like during the 17th century. Meet a barber-surgeon, discover how illnesses and injuries were treated during the civil wars, and try your hand at making your own herbal remedy.

Ages 6+

Drop in to Huntingdon Town hall and make your own medal, like the ones Cromwell’s soldiers received after the Battle of Dunbar in 1650. What victory will yours celebrate?

Ages 6+

Drop-in to Huntingdon Market Square to meet some Civil War soldiers, take part in training, and receive your recruitment certificate signed by Oliver Cromwell.

Training will take place every 30 minutes beginning at 12:00pm. 

Ages 6+.

Using tissue paper, decorate your own beautiful stained glass inspired lantern from a glass jar to take home and display in a window or garden.

Suitable for all ages, a suggested donation of £1 per child is recommended to cover the cost of the materials.
