Booking is essential
Learn the principles and theory of glass cutting, fusing and firing stained glass with an experienced tutor. You will then work on your own design and make a 10cm x10cm glass piece to take home and keep.
Your glass will need to be kiln-fired after the workshop is finished. This process takes 24 hours and will usually takes place on the following day because someone needs to be on the premises during firing. Once your fused artwork has been kiln-fired and cooled, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection.
Suitable for ages: 7+
Please note that the Stained Glass Museum is located in the Cathedral at the top of a stone spiral staircase. The nearest toilets are located on the floor below in the Cathedral. For further information contact learning@stainedglassmuseum.com
