  • The Cast Gallery is on the first floor.
  • We provide step-free access via our lift. To use the lift please ask at the reception on the ground floor of the Faculty of Classics.
  • This event involves standing, but we can move chairs around the gallery. Please let us know either when you book tickets or on arrival if you would like us to do so.

Summer Temperatures

Our glass-roofed gallery can get very warm in the summer months. We recommend bringing water if the weather is forecast to be warm and sunny.

Explore the museum and enjoy a range of craft activities as you discover the stories of the ancient Greek world. Better yet, step into Greek myth and transform yourself into a mighty god, a majestic goddess, a legendary hero or even a fearsome creature with our free face painting!

Face painting will only be available for those aged 3+.
