Family Activity: Paper Fortune Teller
Join us to make your own paper fortune teller with a twist to explore the museum in a different way.
Where: Gallery 26, Ground Floor, Fitzwilliam Museum
Everyone welcome, recommended for families with children between 4 and 12 years old.

How can people from different generations be connected by artworks?
Young children and older adults have spent time together in community workshops exploring themes in the 'Picturing Excess' exhibition.
Come along to our drop in celebration to find out what we've been learning, and take part in creative activities yourself.
There will be music, sensory exploration, and art making.
Everybody - from babies to older adults - is welcome.
Can you trick your own eyes? Why does sound travel better through you than through the air? Do you know where your bones and organs are? Use handling objects from the Whipple Museum collection to find out more about how your body works and how you can look after it. This is a drop in activity, no need to book and feel free to arrive at any time during the session.
Flora the Fox is sad. Nature words are disappearing from the English language, and she is worried about what will happen if they vanish forever! Join her this Easter on a quest through the Botanic Garden to track down the lost words. Pick up a free trail map at the ticket office to start your adventure. Find all the missing words and claim a special Easter prize!

The afternoon session, 1-2pm, is suitable for babies aged 0-18 months and their parents and carers.
